I’ve been hearing of GcMAF and BRAVO yogurt over the past 2-3 years. Friends in the functional medicine world use it themselves to good effect. It’s been on my “research this” list for awhile and I finally jumped on it. And WOW. Wow because GcMAF as a supplement has helped cure cancers and plays a role in healing autism, chronic illness, Parkinson’s and a host of other incurables. This video got me re-energized on GcMAF:

Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy on GcMAF

Here’s what I know and why I’m consuming BRAVO yogurt to promote my body’s GcMAF quota!

What is GcMAF?

  • GcMAF is an acronym for Glycoprotein Macrophage Activating Factor
  • It ACTIVATES macrophages which eradicate viruses, tumors, antigens, other unwanted cells (like NAGALASE)
  • Nagalase is an enzyme excreted by cancer cells and viruses. Here’s more info on nagalase.
  • Nagalase is known to inhibit the body’s production of GcMAF.
  • In a healthy human, GcMAF is produced naturally in the small intestine.
  • Like many bodily functions, production of GcMAF slows with age. Slows DRAMATICALLY.
  • Eating the BRAVO “super yogurt” gives the body what it should be producing naturally to re-facilitate a healthy immune system.

Different Ways to Use GcMAF

  • Serum (which is injected)
  • Cream
  • BRAVO “super” Yogurt
  • Suppositories (from the yogurt)
  • Capsules (also from the yogurt)

The serum is the most powerful and immediate, although most people/practitioners now use the yogurt because it’s less costly and so much easier to get/take.

The “dose” of the yogurt is 4 ounces (1/2 C) every day so a quart (32 ounces) lasts 8 days.

  • Can I make 4 quarts at one time in my IP? (It’s not supposed to sit but I’ll be sharing the 4 quarts with 3 other people.) YES you can!
  • Do I make BRAVO the same way I make my regular yogurts (drinkable and regular) which requires fermenting at 100 degrees for 24 hours? NO. Bravo Probiotic yogurt can only be heated to no higher than 86 degrees or some of the strains in the culture dies. [Instructions are provided on the sales site. My modified instructions are below.]
  • Can you take too much gcmaf yogurt? Is there such a thing as overdosing on it? NO, there is no such thing as overdosing on GcMAF or Bravo Yogurt if you slowly build up the dose. However, taking too much GcMAF with viral infections can bring about extreme tiredness and taking too much Bravo, when first introduced to it, may induce flatulence or diarrhea whilst the microbiome adjusts.

Where to Buy

If you live in KY and are within reach of my food buying club, I will offer single kits for between $35-$40 each, depending on total cost. Hal and I plan to rotate BRAVO with this super yogurt forever. We already eat a LOT of yogurt made from our raw milk, might as well make it as powerful as possible!!!

The Persecution of David Noakes & Lyn Thyer

David Noakes is now in prison for making and selling BRAVO yogurt, much as Amish Sam was persecuted, prosecuted and imprisoned by the U.S. FDA for promoting a chickweed salve. His ex-wife and partner, Lyn Thyer, has been held in a French prison for almost 5 years with no trial. This most recent video tells some of the story. I have not watched all the other videos. I am heart broken that this happens, but it merely strengthens my resolve to continue to push back for medical freedom.

David Noakes’ sites (although none active that I can see)

David’s offices in 3 countries were raided and he was forced to quit selling GcMaf. The gcmaf.se site doesn’t always come up although I have had it appear randomly.

My Philosophy when it comes to the FDA

When the FDA approves something — like vaccines — I avoid it and start to research the health effects ASAP. We haven’t vaxxed since 1995 when my 4yo son had a stroke following his first Hep B vaccine. (Here are the results of my research on vaccines.)

When the FDA bans something, I want it right now… like Cosema Bloodroot Salve (which I have used to great effect). They jailed Greg Caton, the maker, at least twice that I know of. This is Caton’s latest video:

I am ordering the BRAVO yogurt and will be consuming it ASAP. I will report back =/:-) If you’ve used it, please share your experience!

FIRM yogurt: 1 quart at a time

  1. Add 1 quart of whole cow’s milk to a 2 quart pot.
  2. Using a milk thermometer, bring the temperature to 180°F for 2-10 minutes. This will crack the proteins so that the final product will set. If you have an Instant Pot, you can use the yogurt boil setting. Keep checking the temp.
  3. Allow the milk to cool to lukewarm, about 70°F.
  4. Remove the thick layer off the top of the milk and discard (contains denatured casein).
  5. Whisk in the BRAVO contents of 1 bottle and 1 bag.
  6. Place the mix into a Yogurt Maker that you can set for 80°F for 12-24 hours. The longer it goes, the tarter it is. The BRAVO probiotic cannot be heated more than 86°F. If you don’t have a yogurt maker, set the jar in a warmish place in your kitchen for 24-36 hours, then in your fridge for 6-24 hours till set. It might be set enough at any point — air temp & humidity affect how it sets.
  7. Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before consuming.

Or drinkable — this is how we will make & use it:

  1. Let 1 quart of whole cow’s milk warm to room temperature (68-86°F) with a lid.
  2. Whisk in the BRAVO contents of one bottle and bag.
  3. Mix well to remove any lumps.
  4. Leave it covered at room temperature (out of drafts) for 24 – 48 hours, then in your fridge for 6-24 hours till it’s thickened. It might be thick enough at any point — air temp & humidity affect how long it takes. It likely will not be firm, but thick and drinkable.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before drinking.

That’s it! Please report back how it goes for you, I’m very excited. I’ve been doubling my probiotic the last month and it has had a significant effect on my mood and energy. YAY!! xoxoxo Sally
